JeffC Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 before I ebay it, is any one interested in a twin wheeler car trailer..braked with ramps/winch and jockey wheel.. havent owned this long but Ive decided to spend some pennies and invest in a covered in trailer since I bought this trailer Ive adapted it to suit a westy, Ive replaced the floor with new boards, (could be covered in chequer plate and would look better , I was quoted £90 for the plate but decided Id rather spend the money on a track day ) has had recent tyres 10" mini rims , jockey wheel renewed etc,, Ive just had a tyre rack custom made for my 13" wheels will hold 8 wheels with a locking padlock bar going through the centre of the hubs for security, the rack could be easliy adapted for 14"s/15" wheels . I got the rack made so it is easily removed, just 4 bolts and it comes off the bed is 10ft 8 long 6ft wide, with a drop down tailgate, My westy fits on it perfect and wide track would fit on no problem,It tows spot on at 80mph+.. my car doesnt know its on the back .. trailer is braked ,couple of the cables have been renewed , the brakes do work but could prob do with a service or adjusting up as they are not brilliant, ramps included and fasten on the bed when not in use. all lights work and has a brake away chain fitted..drop down legs at the rear... has a winch fitted on the front with a strap and hook in case the worse happens .. just had a lash of paint this week to freshen it up... pictures below taken today westy not included I would like my money back what I paid/spent at £650 but will listen to suggestions .I may be able deliver or meet half way..
