Internet every time, but then you're asking on an Internet forum so it's going to be a bit biased... there are lots out there that don't use the Internet at all ! ???

Has to be yell.co.uk or just google the company name or service you need, hasn't failed yet  :)

I use the internet for nearly everything, including a pancake recipe the other day :p

At work it is either company name direct into Google or yell.co.uk. At home it tends to be the Yellow Pages, actually thinking about that, I use the internet at home as well. Because, if I'm looking for the number then it is somebody/company that is new to me and therefore something which probably requires a bit of research so the 'net gets it again...

Trouble is you're asking people who look at the internet as a hobby!

But has to be Yellow Pages or Yell.com everytime.
