Chris.B's Son Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 You need to right click on the image & then select resize image, choose from the basic sizes listed or use the custom sizes option. HTH Quote
Peter M Posted May 19, 2006 Author Posted May 19, 2006 Yes that what I have been doing.Have resized before seems that I cannot do this now. Quote
Chris.B's Son Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 Only suggestion is; Uninstall>Reboot>Reinstall Quote
adhawkins Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 The default action is to create a copy of the image with the same name but _small (or something like that) added on... What happens if you select the advanced option to resize the original image? Andy Quote
Peter M Posted May 19, 2006 Author Posted May 19, 2006 What ever i do the pic doesnt alter. I right click on pic in a folder, then i click on resize pic which then brings up a window with advanced options .I have tried all of them even the advancedand still cannot reduce a pic.Used to be able to reduce somethings happened recently. adhawkins Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 Do you get an error message or anything? The image isn't read only or anything daft is it? Andy Quote
Gavin Posted May 20, 2006 Posted May 20, 2006 Is it making a smaller copy and sending it to another file ? Just a thought. Quote
Peter M Posted May 20, 2006 Author Posted May 20, 2006 Still doing my head in why it will not work. Was working last time i used it. Quote
adhawkins Posted May 21, 2006 Posted May 21, 2006 I'm sure it is. However, until you tell us exactly what you're doing and exactly what happens, then we can't really help I'm afraid. 'It doesn't work' is every software engineer's nightmare problem report... Andy Quote
