Does anyone know the torque settings for the crank bearing cap bolts?

This is direct from the Ford TIS

The crankshaft must turn freely, if necessary check and adjust the bearing clearances.

Tighten the main bearings and the big-end bearings.

1 Tighten the main bearing cap bolts to 83 Nm.

2 Tighten the big-end bearing bolts in two stages.

l Stage 1: 15 Nm

l Stage 2: 90 degrees

:D  :D

If you need any other settings or info let me know.
