Vinny's Westie Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 I purchased a new house in December and it came with a few hundred defects (literally). The best is they came to fix the drainage in front of the garage door when I was away for a couple of days and have now concreted the garage door shut. The westie has the best security you can get courtesy of a professional builder. This is going to be fun, the emails already been sent. Quote

Eastern_Westie Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Should be easy to find out which one did it - just compare the knuckle scrapes in the concrete. Quote
Pembroke Pat Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 I have heard of some excuses for not getting the car out but that takes the biscuit. Quote
Drakuul Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 Are you sure it's being constructed by builders and not a troupe of decerebrated simians? Get one ENORMOUS yellow sticky and just drape it over the house. Quote
Vinny's Westie Posted April 5, 2006 Author Posted April 5, 2006 I now have a meeting with their Construction Director, he wanted the 5th May (some service) and I pointed him towards Friday afternoon. So its Friday the 7 April 2006. I feel an advertising trailer being commisioned on one of my 45' trailers. Something like: No Build and Service Quality - Pick Redrow. What do you lot think - some nice pictures might help as well Quote
Drakuul Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 What about a picture of a collapsed house with a laughing family in front of it, with the tagline "Ruinous Cost for your very own Ruin! - Pick Redrow" Quote
