adamnreeves Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 I am trying to get hold of some wheel bearings today and rang around a few motor factors in my area. Asking for cortina bearings get some interesting reactions. One has said bring the old one in and we will match it, what old one! I offered to take in hub and he said that will do, I am jsut a little concerned, should I do this? Does anyone know what o.d. and i.d. and any other pertinent information I need. Quote
Top Cat Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Just overhauled my hubs. Part number BRT 266 at £8.31 per set. I have thrown the old bearings and boxes away, but you could use that number to get a cross reference. Hope that helps. Quote

Thanks the motor factor did not recognise BRT 266 as a ford part number, I am sure one of these will help. I just asked for a cortina Mk3/4/5 in the end. But I hall use these to confirm it is the right one. Quote
