congorobot Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 I got a plate made up for the rear at halfrauds, the bloke did a bike plate for me, agreeing that the bike plate looks better on the westy. A week or two later the front plate was smashed on a speed bump s I went to a sign writer and had him make me up a sticker for the front. No problems at all with plod till I got stopped for speeding. They had not managed to get a fix on my speed but gave the car a going over. Turns out the guy at frauds must have been on the wacky backy. He had made up the wrong number. The sign writer had just copied the front plate with out me realising the mistake! apologies to the owner of the car that I have been racking up speeding tickets for! Quote
