eononly Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 It's going to happen soon - one casual glance in my interior mirror and a whip out into the next lane and I'll be under the wheels of the 40 tonner I keep missing. It's worse in this cold weather, I put on a thicker coat and don't slacken off the harness. I'm then trying to drive with peripheral vision 'cos I can't twist at all! Now, saying that - vanity counts - it needs to be chrome, it just won't look right otherwise. Safety - aesthetics/ aesthetics - safety. It needs to be chrome - if I wanted to be that safe I'd be driving a Volvo.
doug price Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 I got a cheap one from Halfords, just clips onto the windscreen (on a Westfield) £2.99 wide angle also good for track days.
