Can anybody translate this for me or point me in the direction where i could get it done FREE...  

Or just let me know the general jist of it.....

It relates to an ipod that i won on ebay, it was a very good price but there is a definite pong of RAT......

The bit about topping up someone else's credit card baffles me  --  but that's what it appears to say
