Morbius Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 Stonking event, thanks, guys. Group B was not too scary for a track day virgin, and the car went really well. Apologies to all for the high pitched whine - it was the car not me, honest, guv , and my hearing is so bad, that I could not hear it Correctly diagnosed on the day as an air leak between the factory supplied plenum and the Throttle Body, and sorted yesterday with a spot or two of Blue Hylomar. After resetting the idling, the car now starts properly, even when cold Shame I didn't read the bit about corner weights, etc. I could have done with finding out what my eyeball setup ended up as. Handling was pretty neutral, and spot on for a driver of my abilities on both road and track, so it would be a good starting setup for others to consider Quote
