My dad borrowed my digital camera at our bonfire and took some footage using the video on it. Unfortunately I forgot to mention he needed to keep it horizontal when using video.

We can watch it back by tilting our heads to one side or standing the laptop on its end but its not good.

I think I know the answer but is there anyway of rotating the resulting video like you can with a still picture?

Almost certainly, but you'll need a video editing package. That should have some 'transformations' or some such you can apply to the whole video.

I had this problem with too my usual video editing package NERO can't sort it

I counted it as a lesson learnt  :bangshead:

How long is the video? If it's less than 20 mins we should be able to sort it out for you. PM me.

Virtualdub will also do this i believe, handly little tool that is.
