Points and times from this event will not count towards the WSCC Championship. The entry list already includes a number of Westfield's and Caterhams already. With a number of overseas Lotus events taking place over the first w/e in Oct we would like to offer WSCC the balance of the places left which stand at 20 at the minute. The sprint is run by Borough 19, a name that will no doubt be familiar too you. This is the last of the 5 round SELOC series this year, Westfield owners are more than welcome. If any of the WSCC members wishes to take part in the sprint the need to become a SELOC Paid-Up member will be waived as WSCC are already part of a MSA approved club. Sprint details below: Our final sprint of 2005 at North Weald, off the A414 junction on the M11 How to Enter! Entrants must produce valid MSA Competition Licences and club membership cards on the day. Licence Applications may be made on the day - bring the completed MSA form and a cheque for £32.00 payable to "Motor Sport Association" - please let us know by saying apply on day on the table instead of licence number on the entry list found on the SELOC forums (free to register). What you need You will need an MSA Licence and an approved racesuit and helmet Guide to Sprinting If you need any information on sprinting, licence and safety requirements then please see here http://www.selocmotorsport.com Timing struts are not required at SELOC exclusive events but will be required at all other sprints. Classes for this event A. Road Going Cars using Standard or VVC variants of the K Series engine Including Lotus 7, Elise, and derivatives of these cars, Sylva, Caterham, Standard Vauxhall 220 and Westfield cars. Road going tyres as per List 1A of the MSA Year Book for 2004 and 2005 and Advan Neovas. B Road Going High Performance Cars using tuned variants of the K Series engine, the VHPD variant and the Toyota 111R/Exige variants. Including Lotus 7, Elise, Exige, and derivatives of these cars, Sylva, Caterham, Standard Vauxhall 220 and Westfield cars. Road going tyres as per List 1A and 1B of the MSA Year Book for 2004 and 2005. C. Modified High Performance Sports and Saloon Cars developed for competition and cars with non-standard running gear. Including Audi, Honda, etc transplants. These cars need not be road-going. No restrictions on Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Suspension, Springs, Shock Absorbers or Tyres. D. Standard Production Sports and Saloon Cars not falling within Classes A-C. E. Single Seater Racing Cars complying with MSA Sprint and Hill Climb regulations.
