Gromit Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 I'm guessing this is a wind up then? No, never. Quote
thos Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Just in case you are an American, or possibly drive a car made by Suzuki, we will spell the purpose of Petrol Direct out to you in simple terms. This is a spoof. A parody. We do not sell petrol or any other fuels, and certainly not plutonium or antimatter. Sorry. This site is strictly for laughs only. Quote
Boomy Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 When it is delivered, will i have to stand in line behind 8 drunk Nova drivers/passengers who say things like "...oh and a mars......oh and some pringles.....no not them ones...down a bit...them over there...that's it.Oh and some silk cut lites....oh and a..." as they make the poor shop keeper walk around the store for 15 minutes. stu999 Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 I thought it was genuine, until I got to... Ultra Low Cost Value Unleaded (50 RON) Especially popular with Rover Metro and Nissan Micra drivers, our 50 RON ULCVU fuel is made from refinery leftovers. This is a very inexpensive fuel indeed as it is actually classified as industrial waste rather than fuel. It was then that I decided it was a spoof. After all, why would you want to put petrol with an octane rating as high as 50 in a Metro? Quote
pistonbroke Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Guess I'll need a bigger letter box as they deliver it there.55 gallon drum's going to be tight!!! No probs yer just need a ruddy great funnel stuck in yer letter box Quote
