mikehreynolds Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Right here goes, am studying Technology Management at Oxford Brookes Uni and it has come to that lovely time in life to start my dissertation!! Mine is on the homologation of kit cars, this encompasses a large area, ie SVA, crash testing, warranties, design. The basic idea is to discuss how kit car manufacturers decided to go from just making kits, to making turn key cars and what was involved in this. Any ideas, criticisms, knowledge would be much appreciated. Am currently in the process of contacting Westfield, Cateringvan and some other manufacturers aswell as VOSA. Many thanks in advance Mike Quote
Blatman Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Worth talking to the SMMT, as they are, I believe the regulatory body for car manufacturers, and the directors of both Westfield and C******m sit on the board/committee/steering group/whatever... Quote
