I am trying to transfer a route created in/with Microsoft Auto route 2005 and transfer it onto my Megellan sportrak

I have search the net for FREE gps utilities and downloaded a few but have not found one to work for me, anyone out there using the same set up or similar

Auto route exports into “export map for pocket streets” but my gps will not recognize these nor will the GPS utilities I have tried
