It does, but with his visor melted to his face etc!.

He was just stumbling around blindly until someone trys to help, but even then falls over again.

This was a few years ago iirc, he won quite a lot in damages due to spending something like 40 seconds in the car.He was a racing driver from Japan from what i remember.

I think the story behind the law suit had something to do with the red flag having been shown, but not at all the marshalling posts. Hence some cars slowed and others continued at full speed. Then again it may well have been that a safety car was out but not all the drivers (like Mr Ferrari here) had been shown the SC board. It was something like that, the full story is somewhere on the net. No doubt the searchmeister will find it soon enough.
