I'm afraid I'm with KenE on this one. ......Two options of interpretation?? Doesn't read very friendly to me, even if I try to read it unbiased, since I have become a father to.

If you don't want kids that's fine with me, but if you do then that's great too. If "those lot", i.e. recent fathers want to talk about first gurgles then good on them. I could tell you about my daughters first one if you want but I feel you just might not understand. I could also tell you about my first westy drive as well.  You can enjoy both.

When I had mine last year I kept it to myself but cried with happiness in the garage over a Marlboro light.

The same thing happens when people cop it or crash their cars.

I don't give a b******* if he's had a nipper, crashed his car whatever. I've never me him so don't feel the need to offer condoleces congratulations etc.
