Might be wrong, but I didn't think you could. Quite a few people seemed to be hunting for a downloadable version a few months back, with no success.

There are 2 V55 forms, a V55/4 and a V55/5. The /4 applies to  a new motor vehicle and /5 to a used motor vehicle. For my kit I used the /4. They are not downloadable as they are a two part carbon affair. Need to write to or visit nearest DVLA to get one.

The form looks very daunting but most of it doesn't need filling in. The manual has a section on filling it in or Mark at WF will help.

I also was told I needed a 627/1. Not sure if this only applies to kits being registered on a current plate though.
