John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted July 5, 2005 Author Posted July 5, 2005 wfront.jpg - right pane second up from bottom. Its not the only one but if fix one it should point to fixing the others. Any thoughts? Thanks, John Quote
adhawkins Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 Ok, the only thing I can think of is that this isn't the place your web files are served from. Perhaps they are copied to another location regularly before becoming available. Can you upload (say) test.html to that dir, with just some test text in it? Let me know when you've done it. Alternatively, do you use MSN Messenger? Perhaps I can talk you through a few things. Andy Quote
Richgm Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 Big picture so I haven't posted as an image. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/richgm/WSCC/100_0017.jpg Quote
Richgm Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 Tried it as an image on a preview before I posted the link and that worked fine too. Are you running out of web space? (clutching at straws here) and have you tried deleting it from your server and reuploadind it? Quote
adhawkins Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 Are you running out of web space? That's a possibility. How big is the file on your PC? It's 22k or so on the web server. Andy Quote
John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison Posted July 5, 2005 Author Posted July 5, 2005 Thanks Rich. It must be something to do with my webspace then. Its with Freewire (www.freewire.co.uk) and there is plenty of space. The only drawback is that to access it I have to use a dial up connection to there server for FTP and email services. I only have modems at work these days since I now have broadband at home. Andy - the images that work OK are in the same location. It just doesnt make sense. bl**** computers !!! Who would on earth trust a computer dating agency? Thanks for looking all. John Quote
adhawkins Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 1.06 meg for the image Stuart sent me. Looks like it hasn't uploaded properly then. Time for some new web space I think... If that's anything I can help with, feel free to give me a shout. Andy Quote
