I subscribe to EVO mag which occasionally mentions Westies but are there any more specialist mags out there for me to look at?

Circuit Driver isn't bad, there have been a few Westie and Caterrum reviews, plus lots of good stuff on track days etc

Track and Race car is a good mag but men only is better  :t-up:

Practical Performance Car, PPC is worth a read. Not max power but not anorak either, a good blend if you ask me.....Coz I subscribe to EVO and PPC.

Husler and playboy are so old now, but ocasionally Men only do an artical on rallying or racing........

I'd suggest PPC too,

I've started reading both PPC and Evo recently and have found the articles in PPC very interesting, and whilst it tackles subjects I know little about it does it in an entertaining way that I can also understand.  :D  :D

Informative and interesting......

The two U MUST keep away from are Kit Car and Which Kit Car

They are both very repatative/argue/whinge about the same old crap"we had more editorial than you" or "Your Cobra dosen't exit its a con".Same car ads month in month out big pictures to fill the page and the usual teddy bear throwing competition.

It just don't bother with either of them saving me around £80 a year in wasted coinage

I generally read Retro Car, PPC, Track & Race Cars,Motoring News,Total Kit Car,Aircraft Illustrated,Focus and subscrib to Racecar Engineering which gets  heavy sometimes

Cost me a fortuntue but heyho!!

Buzz is right (for a change  ;) ).

The kit car mags aren't worth taking seriously at all. OK if you want to have a scan of whats about but not much else

The classifieds are particularly poor as they seem to keep them in there for months after car has been sold.....v.frustrating!

The *only* reason to buy a kit car mag is to have a trawl through the insurance ads. Other than that they're a waste of time all in all, which is a bit of a shame...
