Absolutely works brilliant in the t top

But I tried it in the wessy and it was bl**dy useless

couldn't here the voice instructions for the exhaust noise

couldnt see the screen for vibration and  sun reflections .

constantly  had to slow / stop to see were I was and then wait to re route !

I have one of these and I use tomtom navigator 3, well I have just upgraded to 5 and it is very good.

I use a bluetooth GPS receiver and use a magnetic vent mount (approx £5)  and  in car charger (approx £4) which I bought from ebay.  It is a good place to start for under £10 and it is also quite neat.  Better than those crappy windscreen mounts

The PDA has only fallen off once when I went over a cattle grid too fast which is not bad considering I do around 800 miles a week in the tin top.

I get around 12 hours use from one charge of the bluetooth receiver and I just take it into the house at night to charge.

If you want any more info let me know.

For further assistance have a look on this site:

And look in the forums under HTC Blue Angel.  This is the official manufacturers name for the device.
