Buzz Billsberry Posted May 25, 2005 Posted May 25, 2005 Just watched this from last night It puts a whole new meaning to school education 'Legs Akimbo' explaining homosexuality to a bunch of 15 year olds, just'class' and the opening scene with the blind guy.... superb. I've not seen the series for a good few years and its still funny. Not everybody's taste I know and an acquired taste as well. The people/ place of Royston Vassey just remind me of people from Halifax and Hendon Bridge. Mind u it was filmed round there Buzz Quote

Paul M Posted May 25, 2005 Posted May 25, 2005 The third series is completley brilliant. Originally shown in 2002 but never repeated either on terestrial or satellite (afaik). Much blacker/darker than the first two - if that's possible. Quote
Crash Override Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 What's all this?, what's all this? We'll have no trouble here, this is a local boadroom for local people, there's nothing here for you. The film is just about to be released in the cinema on June 3rd if I remember rightly from the comercial. As Buzz says it's very much an aquired taste of humour, not to everyone's liking. Quote
