amgas
Anyone know a good supplier for White competition numbers to go straight onto a dark coloured Westfield ? Ideally easy to remove and re-usable !
Tomcat
Demon Thieves or Rally Design do white ones but they are not easily reuseable but then they are not that expensive for a pack. If you do find a source for propper reuseable ones can you let me know!! I remember someone talking about magnetic ones (and before you all say it) they consisted of a self adhesive white background which you stuck on in place of your circle/square which was magnetic/ferritic and the numbers came in a pack that were magnetic/ferritic which you stuck on - great idea if only I knew where to find one......anyone know?? Cheers
adhawkins
Can't help with the magnetic ones, but to add a source for the stick on ones, Merlin Motorsport (at Castle Combe) also sell them. They're £12.50 or £16.10 a set, which is 6 of each of numbers 2-9, and nine number 1s (see here) Andy
amgas
Thanks for replies - Tried Merlin they only do black - Phoned Demon Tweeks and they do white sets ordered from them - £12.50 + VAT + Postage. I tried to order a pack earlier from their website and would not let me order a white pack ( only black or white individual numbers ) - but seems o.k when you phone them. Richard M Green
... and if you want to re-use them, simply polish the backing sheet (or fibreglass bodywork as applicable) with any silicon based furniture polish (e.g. Mr Sheen) prior to applying the numbers. I've sprayed the inside of my trailer with furniture polish so the numbers can be 'stored' there when not on the car. HTH.
