Dave Smith
This is quite a common problem with red top pumps. The same happened with my first one after 400 miles, sent it back to Westfield and they replaced it FOC. The new one's been fine for the last 4,500 miles, fingers crossed! Try sending it back, but if you do need a new one I've got a spare that I could let you have for a reasonable price PM me if you're interested. Toby Mack
happened to a mate of mine. After replacing the second fuse he noticed smoke from the pump turned out to be the feed wire had worn through and shorted on the case.... Might be worth checking.
