A lot of folks seems to leave their cars and trailers in the paddock as there's always someone staying on site
 :bangshead:  :bangshead:  :D  :D  ;)  :D

Yes, I saw that, but it would mean driving to the circuit on the Friday night, dumping the car and then driving back to the hotel...

:p

I followed the link in the post just before mine...

I think I know the one you're talking about, that one is only 10 or 15 mins away.

Definitely not the most convenient travelodge......even though I can understand the attraction of trying to stay as close to me as possible...................... :p

If there's only a few quid price difference, I'd definitely stay in the travel inn at Bridgend, particularly because it's the one so frequently used by competitors and I don't know of anyone who has had a problem having left their car/trailer there.  In general, the Travel Inn's are far superior - they actually have decent rooms, of a decent size, huge beds, and are overall far far nicer than travelodges.

Sorry to sound like a boring old f@rt, but may I make the observation that having a public discussion that provides details of which hotels will have some fairly desirable cars parked outside them, and on which nights......

.... may not be an entirely wise thing to do.

Yeah but Andy's car is purple, and yours has a cheese engine. Who want to nick either? :0:p:D
