Anyone up for a meal at the local pub Saturday Night? Where did we go last year? I recall it took 3 attempts to find one that served food. Do we need to book a table? If so who's going?

Royal Oak in Broadwas is great.  It's about 8 miles from Shelsley Walsh, though.

Try the Admiral Rodney at Martley or the Hundred House at Great Whitley. Both are only a few miles from Shelsley. Or try some of the pubs in Ombersley, bit further though..

Admiral Rodney is good but eat in the bar - don't bother with the 'a la carte restaurant' as it's crap

the red lion at clifton, top of the hill, not bad

last year we used the talbat at knightwick or the wheatseath is not bad,

as stu said not bad in the royal oak at broadwas,

Crown in hallow,

plough on lower broadheath common

Not sure what the weather is doing. Will probably bring BBQ in case of good weather - would be best option, pub if its lashing down.
