Racing at Cadwell

I looked on the MST timing site and I see Nick Flowers was not on the results page but qualified second. Do you know what happened?

What the hell has happend with Jonathans points? Looking at the BARC's website all of his points have been removed.....?!?!?!

Jonathan entered the Cadwell race as no.99 the guest driver. As he is not doing the whole championship this year he didn't want to upset the points for everyone else. The guest doesn't score points in the championship.

Far to honest for my liking. If I do a race this year I will enter as No.1 that 'ill give them something to think about. Ha Ha Ha.

That seems like a strange system.... I don't understand how I can finish 6th on the track but be awarded the points for 5th place?!

Not that you'll find me complaining, it makes up for the points we're all going to be down when you decide to make an appearance, Keith!

I think it's a shame there are only 14 names on the Championship score table! There were regularly 20+ at last years meetings, and over 30 in the table by the time the championship finished! We definitely need a few more guest or ex-series racers to make an appearance!!

i d do a guest drive. Do i have to provide a car, or is there one availbale? I hear keiths car is the one of choice - Keith?

I would do love to do a guest drive as well. Unfortunately my car is not up to the current spec for this years championship (full cage). If it were I would be doing some. Plus I don't have an engine. I think there are a few about that we could 'use'. It depends how much we would be charged. There used to be a hire car available owned by Quentin Laithwaite and Steve Hall, not sure if it is available or what the charge would be. Do you want me to find out? Actually maybe Simon or Scott could ask at the next race (Pembery next weekend).
