smileypete Posted May 15, 2005 Posted May 15, 2005 Afternoon all. Well, I've gone and done it... now the proud owner of a 52 plate Megablade and had the time of my life driving it back to Northern Ireland from England... All I need now is someone else to play with Anyone else around? So, that's my first post out of the way. What you all drinking? PapaLazarou wrote: All I need now is someone else to play with Anyone else around? Morning Squire, 'pologies for the late response. The NISe7ens Club are very a very welcoming bunch - good spread of cars, couple of Megabusas, Megablade kicking about somewhere, and John McKillop's Vx Omega V6 engined monster attend regularly. There's a surprising number of Westies in NI. And then there's the Cateringvan boys....... NISe7ens do a monthly club run (next one on the 29th May) - best bet would be to drop Simon Bell an email for details threeferndrive@btopenworld.com Simon wil be away on the Sevens.net Scottish tour this week, so he may not respond straight away. The last run was across Tor Head - didn't make it myself, but from what I hear they were going some. (Johnjj may be able to throw some light on that??) There's also a Se7ens only trackday at Kirkistown late in June, details TBC I've had a Westie race chassis sitting unbuilt for a long while, was going to be for sprints & hills, but change in circumstances might force a new direction on that - been lurking here for so long I've forgotten my original login & had to reregister. Cheers, Pete Quote
