smithydar Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 you may be able to take a feed from a bootlight if you have one.just make sure you take the feed off the right side.ie so it works without having the boot open.or light on.i would imagine your car would have one. or any interior light would be ok if you can be arsed to feed the wires down the headlining.lol hth darren Quote
Richgm Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Some cars have a spare connector by one of the rear light clusters that can be used for the electrics if a towbar is fitted. May be worth a look. Quote
Enterpryse Posted March 6, 2005 Author Posted March 6, 2005 Will have a peek, not too keen on removing the head liing on a new motor tho. I'll have a look at the light feeds. Cheers S Quote
smithydar Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 you could use the actual rear lights but will need them on to power the extra wire.my bet would be the boot light.fairly easy to conceal the wires there aswell. darren Quote
