Bananaman Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 I have just found that I have one of these little B@#$$d's even though I have uptodate Norton Anti-Virus & Firewall. gregh Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 use Norton to cleanse the system, there should be some details on how to do it within Norton help or the manuals Quote
peterg Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 Andy - it's difficult to help as 'trojan horse' is just a generic name and I can't find a definition for one just called that. McAfee list over 200 variants all of which contain TROJ.... get the list here (see Search Virus Library on the righthand side) including some which are just hoaxes. I can't find a way to do this list on Symantecs site Quote
Bananaman Posted October 30, 2003 Author Posted October 30, 2003 Did a scan with Norton AV & the offending Horses have been Quarentined Quote
