adhawkins Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Yes. The information will say something like: TO upload files, connect using an FTP client to ftp.btinternet.com, and log using the following details: Username: (something) Password: (something secret). Any files you upload here will be available at http://www.btinternet.com/yourusername/ (or something). Andy Quote
scott beeland Posted February 22, 2005 Author Posted February 22, 2005 Still don't get it....I think that's why I'm a Nurse and you do Web thingies So how exactly do I do something useful and easy with this webspace? May aswell use it as it's free Quote
adhawkins Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 The instructions should be clear enough really. If not, post them on here and we'll see if we can help. Andy Quote
adhawkins Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 So, you're expecting to be able to do all this without any instructions? Good luck... You'll have to at least get a username and password, and then some idea of what the URL will be. Try e-mailing their support people? Andy Quote
