ADVICE PLEASE

I'm looking for one piston - MUST be accrolite 86 mm flat top

for 2 litre zetec.  I have posted an advert on "parts wanted"

but as yet no replies.  What I was wondering is does anyone

know of anywhere that will supply only one piston?  In the

past I have only ever came across them in sets of four.

Thanks for that info.  Have YOU ever bought 1 piston from

Accrolite?  If so, a contact would be most appreciated

cos to my knowledge Accrolite WILL NOT supply direct to the

public.

why not have you tried them ! if you have no luck go through a dealer like receline ,they should have them on the shelf ,it would save a lot of p******** around and you would have it the next day

if i wanted 4 pistons they would be here by now as raceline,burtons etc all stock them @124.00 each, only for sale in sets of 4 but I ONLY NEED ONE ,

Sell 3 seperate then put money towards a new set !

Unfortunately after a full seasons' racing, I can't afford a full set of pistons, but thanks for advice anyway.  Can anyone help or has anyone else had a similar problem and maybe have

a couple of pistons lying around??

Try Margaret Maddock on 01244 851227, she was able to supply me with a single piston ring for my x/flow.  Don't get your hopes too high, 'cos a Zetec might be too new for her to deal in.
