On the up side, the Se7en Workshop ones have a copper fire ring through the middle to prevent exhaust gases blowing out the layer of whatever is sandwiched between the layers of copper. They are also self annealing, so can be removed and refitted to your heart's content. Should be last a life time unless damaged during fitting / removal. Plus, another well know Ford engine parts retailer competition ones are sh!te... I (used) to get through a set a year. Quote
