adhawkins Posted December 19, 2004 Posted December 19, 2004 How much tread on the ACB10s? Do ACB10s come in different compounds? If so, what compound are they? Andy
Richard Posted December 19, 2004 Author Posted December 19, 2004 Adrian, Compound on the 6/21/13 is 9064 and I reckon there is about 1-3mm of tread above the wear bars. Not sure about the 7/21/13, only numbers I can see are 022197 and 10035 Tread on the tyres with wheels is just about on the wear bars, but I reckon still good for a trackday or two though. I would send a pic only I'm having problems with my e-mail at the moment. Richard
geofff Posted December 19, 2004 Posted December 19, 2004 Hi, Can I be second in line for the rear light clusters? Ta Geoff
adhawkins Posted December 19, 2004 Posted December 19, 2004 I would send a pic only I'm having problems with my e-mail at the moment. Just attach them on here...follow the link in my sig. Andy
Richard Posted December 20, 2004 Author Posted December 20, 2004 I can now e-mail a few pictures of the wheels and tyres if anyone is interested ?
Richard Posted December 20, 2004 Author Posted December 20, 2004 OK - hope this works!! Tyres on wheels Loose tyres
geofff Posted December 21, 2004 Posted December 21, 2004 Hi richard, I'd be interested in the ACB10's if they are the right compound for the BARC series. I'll double check this morning and get back to you. Ta Geoff
geofff Posted December 21, 2004 Posted December 21, 2004 Hi Richard, The ACB10 7/21/13 do they have any other numbers on them? Where abouts are you in the country? Would you be willing to split tyres and wheels? - I'm thinking serious postage here! The 6/21/13 are the same compound (A33 or 4 ) as the BARC series but the wrong scrutineering number (7404 vs 9064) so practice only rubber for me - not a problem if I can get a matching set of 7" rears. I run 7/21/13 at the rear, I rang BMT and they don't recognise any of the numbers you've given on the 7" - any chance you could have another look? Apologies for the hassle Geoff
