Frau Vesty Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 We've used ebuyer loads and don't think we've ever had a problem. Quote
pete g Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Q 1 no idea, got an older fuji mx-1700 excellent camera Q2 i have used them too ,no problem have heard they been a bit overwhelmed of late ,and orders have been delayed, but this may have been sorted by now. Quote
Enterpryse Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 I've used them a bit lately with very mixed results, the best case being a memory stick, arrived in two days :-) worst being two shuttle PCs one was DOA and was sent back,it took 6 weeks to get it back (they said it never arrived back with them) and only then after I got a solicitors letter and the CC people chasing them. Sorry I can't be more positive, others' have had no problems at all. I think if they have the stock and it works first time then you'll be OK, but forget the support & promises Quote
Toby Mack Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 have heard they been a bit overwhelmed of late ,and orders have been delayed, but this may have been sorted by now. ordered some stuff on monday and was given a delivery date of Thurs. Still showing that it hasn't shipped yet for stuff in stock so I think they still have problems. not convinced I'd use them at the moment for urgent stuff. Quote
Andrew Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 I've been using a Fuji S5000 for around a year, (now replaced by the S5500 ?) The camera controls takes a little getting used to, there's a slight shutter delay which makes action shots a bit challenging! but with a bit of practice and some luck, the results aren't bad! Example hopefully attached. Quote

Steve Kirk Posted December 15, 2004 Author Posted December 15, 2004 Well it turned up in good time , looks a nice piece of kit too.Now all i have to do is sit back and snigger in a Dick Dastardly fashion as my poor old dad tries to prise the back off to get the 35mm film cartridge in. SK Quote
