o/t Yet another mobile question

Before I sit on hold on the help line for hours anybody know how to set up email on my phone.

Just upgraded to a Nokia 6230, Accessing Internet works fine with GPRS but I can't receive/send Email.  I get a set up GPRS first message.  I've put in all the correct account details.  Anyone had a similar issue?

Please don't ask me to explain it       Cos I never could in a million years         But it is quite simple        

But I've always had Nokia phones and know how and what
