I have a breathable cover with normally is only 90% waterproof but has a few holes in it - though the supplier has agreed to replace it FOC - so the car fills up with water. Well not quite full, about 1/2 inch in footwell. Bailing cold water out when you want to got for a Blat isn't my idea of fun Hence the requirement for drainage holes.
