before I throw the bl~~dy thing in the bin has anyone has any experience with a NAPA MP3 player? (currys £49.99)

I seem to be able to copy file from PC to player and listen to them through the PC but when I plug headfones in......nothing,

Any ideas....??

.....should'nt have been so tight and bought a IPOD i guess.... :D  :0

i think that if the mp3 is vbr it wont work

could be a Joint stereo issue too, or even the fact that you didnt set your mp3 ripper not to copyright protect the media!

examine the id3 tag and see if the media is copyright protected.
