Got a new Audi A6 2.0TDI and want to upgrade the power.

Other than Tuning Box, can anyone recommend a good quality, power upgrade source?

VAG have changed the ECU for the new TDI's and a lot of the tuning companies havent really caught up yet.

AmD should be able to sort you out. Some of ze Germans are also have product offerings Oettinger, and possibly MTM.

It's not only the disconnecting it for servicing that you have to consider.

It will undoubtedly be a material alteration as far as insurance is concerned and, unless declared, could result in repudiation of a claim.

You may not be in a position to recover it following an accident :(

I'd speak to your Audi garage... Most dealers can actually arrange the AMD re-map these days and as such it remains warrantied. Mate here at work is getting his done via audi.

However, AMD haven't released their remap for the VAG 2.0TDi but it's 'coming' soon

As we've already said though, that is for the 130 1.9PD not the new 140 2.0 16v PD
