Thames Valley Avatars - change required!

If the Thames Valley website holds an image file that acts as your avatar, you recognise any of the below avatars or yours fails over the next couple of weeks then please read and action the rest of this e-mail.

Anyone without an avatar and wishing to hold one on the TV site can simply e-mail me an image.

REASON FOR CHANGE

A number of changes are being made and planned for the TV website (new info regarding an updated calendar of events is to be uploaded shortly). I'd like to place avatar images in a dedicated directory\folder so that that there's minimal risk of them being deleted by myself or anyone else managing the pages. A COPY of each above image has been placed in the new location so that the avatars continue to work throughout. After a couple of weeks I'll assume those affected have made the necessary changes and I'll delete the copies of the images left behind in the root directory.  

PROCEDURE TO CHANGE AVATAR LOCATION

- Don't carryout the procedure prior to Thursday 28th October!

- From the WSCC website login and go to "Your Control Panel".

- Edit the Avatar path by inserting the folder /MembersAvatar just before the image's file name. Example below

- Make a test posting.
