I am trying to help Mike Dixon aka Manchester Mike out, he is barred form posting and his user is showing as green, can someone explain why this is.

His account is no longer verified probably. Has he changed his e-mail address recently?

Get him to change his e-mail address in the control panel and follow the instructions carefully.
