Have bought the Geartronic indicator. Any advice on where to put it ( polite suggestions only please ) including how to mount it on/behind carbon fibre dash?

I made a small ali 'dash' and fitted it on the drivers side above the speedo/rev counter, and under the aeroscreen.  I figured the best place to put it was in your field of view, and in the end I mounted the oil pressure gauge alongside it.  I want to cover it in vinyl like the rest of the dash, because you get a lot of glare from the headights of the cars behind when driving at night, but otherwise I'm quite happy with it.
