DMS Posted May 13, 2003 Author Posted May 13, 2003 She'd love the Noble as it's a blast on the open road yet pretty civilised in traffic but it's got a roof - so that's out the window, so to speak. This also discounts Minis. Westfield is no good as she didn't like the idea of being able to stick her hand out and break her nails on the road whilst going along Also, she prefers something with a bit of heritage DB7 is out for, err, certain reasons. Pug is out as she doesn't like the French So it has to be the M3 or Boxster and I'll leave the rest up to her. Sad that both options had to be German but they are very sorted motors. Quote
Fat Albert Posted May 13, 2003 Posted May 13, 2003 For my 2 pennies I'd definately go with a Honda NSX cabrio, preferably type R Track car handling, see Car's Thruxton/Castle Coombe/Croft tests, where it blows away Porkers & 360s. Honda reliability, you can use it everyday, even in traffic Lightweight controls, no need to to go on a body building course It isn't common as muck like your preferred choices And best of all, Jeremy Clarkson doesn't like them, which for me, is the greatest possible recommendation Quote
samcooke Posted May 13, 2003 Posted May 13, 2003 She'd love the Noble as it's a blast on the open road yet pretty civilised in traffic but it's got a roof - so that's out the window What's this then? No excuses now. Quote
