Replacement chrome ferrule that fits under the Westfield polished Ali gear knob

Anyone got a replacement ferrule for the westfield polished aluminium gear knob that they would sell to me? 

 

I've chewed mine up somewhat trying to undo it to get at the grub screws that hold the knob onto the gearstick.

don't throw it away - it could at least be modelled and 3D printed if you can't get a metal replacement
