Martyn Vann - Warwickshire AO Posted Wednesday at 16:32 Posted Wednesday at 16:32 We are heading to the Classic Car Weekly, Cars and Coffee Morning at Wythall Transport Museum on Sunday 26th April. Entry is from 9am until 11am. It is free for car and driver, £5 for passengers. I'm aiming for 9 to 9.30am arrival as it does get busy. We can't park together, unless we arrive at the same time but that's not too important. See details on the link; https://www.wythall.org.uk/ccw We plan to leave around 12 to head to a car and bike themed cafe called Revs, on the Fosse Way, near Shipston on Stour. Revs Automobilia, Rowborough, Moreton-in-Marsh GL56 9RE Anyone want to join us at either, or both venues? Quote

Steve Looks like we'll be arriving on our own. I believe that Paul will be there with his V8 Westfield. See you there, probably around the same time. Quote
Martyn Vann - Warwickshire AO Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago An eventful day starting early with a kamikaze pigeon trying to remove a cycle wing. You may have to zoom in to see the white dusty outline of the impact. Parked next to the rubbish pile just out of shot on the left of the cars. Steve and David chatting over David's car. Steve's car after some after some other visitors had photo's taken in and around it. As we got ready to leave we spotted Fuzz Townsend around the cars and buses! The easy run to Revs became a nightmare as we tried to skirt around Stratford only to find road closures for a half-marathon. This forced the increased vehicle numbers through the town centre. We got separated from Steve in the very heavy traffic and ended going different directions to the destination. Tony and Angela were waiting for us at Revs together with masses of motorcycles. NB the photos were done after the bikes had gone. The journey home was fine to begin with as we set off along the Fosse and onto the A429. The first leave the convoy were Tony and Angela peeling off for home. Shortly afterwards Steve also headed for home, leaving us to continue past the Falcon at Hatton on our way home. Unfortunately, as we passed Coleshill the alternator gave up again. It seems like I'm averaging 200 mile per alternator!!! Quote
