Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
Are u planning a run out? If so... please avoid speed bumps and cattle grids so i can come wivya! What is the usual arrangement for a run out? ...meet early, leave early, get back to pub later to chat with the stragglers? Ok Malc no speed humps Usually we meet at 8.00pm as soon as we have enough nutters wanting a run out, normally by 8.15 we're off Then back to the pub for 9.00ish for a natter and making plans for:- Le mans Coast to Coast Cheshire Kit Car Show And anything else anyone can think of

malcuuu
Sorry... I hope u guys didnt wait around for me. I feel crap coz I've done something very stupid. I set off to the Horton Arms and got about 100 metres before there was a clunk, graunch, shudder and then no drive I checked the oil level last night and put the oil tank cap on the engine frame. I topped it up a bit and then... forgot to put the cap back on didn't I? The clunk was the filler cap falling between the chain and the drive sprocket. The graunch was the chain coming off. The no-drive was... heart-sinkingly scary. It's taken me and three neighbours an hour to get it back in the garage. Oh well... maybe I will get to join u next time. Hope the blat went well - the weather was perfic wasn't it
