Billing Address

I have just renewed my membership but note that the billing address is showing my previous address and not my current address.  I have tried to amend it to no avail. Could one of the back room team do it or doesn't it matter?  Many thanks.

Is your BS35 address the correct one?

Yes Captain.  The magazine etc used to come to the correct address and it seems like it's only the billing address that is wrong!

Billing and shipping addresses have been updated, but it wasn't really necessary as the mailing list is compiled using the information from your profile.

 

However, I note that you moved without filling in Form JZ1709-F, Permission To Relocate To A New Domicile, and submitting in triplicate with one copy in my Inbox and two copies in my Outbox, prior to moving.  While you are forgiven on this occasion, please do not do so again.  Thank you.

Thank you Captain.  However, I am certain you are mistaken since I did fill in Form JZ1709-F, Permission To Relocate To A New Domicile.  Indeed, I completed it in quadruplicate such that I retained a copy for my records which I am now attempting to retrieve in order to prove you wrong.  I suspect your copies got lost in the labyrinthian state of your "in" and "out" boxes.  It really is something about which you should get a grip.
