Morgan Factory tour combined with Malvern show weekend

Some Essex club members are taking the opportunity to combine a Morgan Factory tour with the Malvern show weekend on Friday May 29th.

 

We've booked the 11am slot (2hour tour) and would love for any other interested members to join us!

I used to live local and have done this tour twice. It's well worth doing; some great old fashioned skills still in use there.

Had a great day yesterday at the Morgan factory. 
There’s a large cafe adjacent to the showroom, a shop (not the cheapest, but with some interesting content) and a ‘heritage centre’ all of which can be accessed for free.
Charges for factory tour and any Morgan drives, all on their website. 
 

All staff were very friendly and helpful. No restrictions on photos. A most enjoyable day.

Interested to see how you enjoy your factory tour. Witnessing parts being hand made during the manufacturing process is quite different but also similar to what I am familiar with at Bentley!

Morgan focus is on customer specification being open to their colour scheme, both interior and exterior is aligned to Bentley.

It is when you see bodywork parts being made, that’s different. Bonnets and spare wheel covers made adjacent to the car in production. Loved seeing that.
