Kit Car event at The Motorist. 14th March.

One week to go. 

I've not heard back from the Motorist since I was told that we are in front of the restaurant, turn first right after entering. There should be marshells on to direct you, just say you're with the Westfields and they'll direct you. 

I'm hoping to get there for 9.

Hopefully the weather will be good and not raining.

Weather so far looks dry, I was going to A/B road it but now thinking motorway instead, I imagine it’ll be 9.30ish for me

I'm 1 mile from J44, M1 and about half an hour to the Motorist if you want to meet earlier?

My route will take me M62 to junction 32a, I'll be hard pressed to leave before 8am and its 1hr 22min from home

 

What time you thinking of leaving?

 

Also, didn't see this advertised on WSCC facebook group, might drum up more interest there?

@DannyTGS, J32a, then straight up the A1 for one junction. I'm sure you've got the route planned. 

People normally start to leave early afternoon.

As for Facebook, I don't normally put things on to many groups, The Motorist have advertised it.

From mine to the leisure centre google says 55-1hr 15 away

First run out of the year for most of us. Nice and sunny , we were in the shade but in prime position right outside the restaurant. Think we managed 10 cars, forgot to count, with @DannyTGS and @Jakejmagee making the trip. 

There will probably be another Kit Car and Modified day later in the year.

Was a great day out, I took an extended drive home in the end almost 3hrs haha definitely ready for track
