IanD Posted Sunday at 22:11 Posted Sunday at 22:11 Hi all. Has anyone any advice on who to use at a reasonable price to post a heavy parcel (40-50KG). I bought a small Milling Machine motor and head on eBay (long story) down in High Wycombe and he doesn't want to post it. Which is understandable. I knew this when i bought it and had planed to go an collect it even tried to arrange it but failed a few times and now its unlikely I will be able to for a while as my Farther is in hospital. I have managed to get some quotes from the likes of Parcel Monkey but wondered if any one knew any specialists. Thanks Ian Quote
Ross the Scottish exile Posted yesterday at 08:44 Posted yesterday at 08:44 Hi Ian, I just got some parts from south Wales that were collected and labelled by Royal Mail. They picked up from the address and supplied the label, I must stress was considerably lighter though at 20kg. i also had the same service from DPD but the seller will need to print the label off for you and package everything as will Royal Mail. DPD will do the weight but not sure on cost as I didn’t pay I was the seller. Have you tried any private couriers near to the seller? I bought some alloys a couple of years back and I found a courier near the seller they collected and delivered for £70. Hope you find a solution. Ross 1 Quote
Flying Carrot Steve Posted yesterday at 09:08 Posted yesterday at 09:08 Have you tried Shiply? Shiply - The Courier Auction & Delivery Auction Site https://share.google/kKaJQC3DQGdn6shgN Quote

AndrewBClarke Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago For my business I use Palletline. They take heavy large items on a 3 to 5 working day turnaround and are much better than the ‘norm’. You don’t have to wrap or apply labels as they will do that for you. Depends on location etc but normal price range is £50 to £60. My local depot is Caistor Distribution on 01472 851812 and they would sort out a price and give you details of your local agent. 2 Quote

Tim (Sideways) Johnson - Club Treasurer Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Give Transglobal Express a try as well. They punt it out to a variety of carriers and have always been excellent in my experience. 1 Quote
